I stayed at Sarah's B&B for 3 nights while exploring. Great location near Termini station and the Colosseum. Sarah kept in touch and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good. Shared bathroom rarely had a wait. Great value for money.
Would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable Stay and Pleasant Experience

stayed in lovely clean room with great view, fridge provided. Sarah was welcoming and gave great tips. Location outstanding, 5min walk from Termini. Monti district full of restaurants and cheaper. Supermarket, launderette nearby. Short walk to metro for attractions. Didn't need taxis for tours. Highly recommend this place!

I always return to this B&B whenever I'm in Rome. The staff once helped me print important documents. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. I'm excited to come back for Easter.

Sarah's B&B Rome offers a great location near a stunning cathedral, situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently close to the train station and easily accessible from the airport. the main tourist attractions can be reached on foot. the rooms are clean and cozy, some even offering a view of the Cathedral. the owner, Sarah, is friendly and provides helpful travel advice. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with various amenities available.
The kitchen is poorly stocked and there is limited common space.

The kids were in awe of the ancient ruins and loved learning about the history of gladiators. It was truly a memorable experience that we will cherish forever.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there was a children's play area at the B&B.

The location was absolutely incredible! It was so close to both the train station and the famous attraction, which made exploring the city a breeze. The breakfast provided was perfect - the coffee and pastries were delicious! Plus, having the option of yogurt, biscuits, and fruits in the fridge was a nice touch. The shower had everything we needed and the room was cleaned daily. Sarah was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check-in late and hold on to the keys until we needed to pick up our bags. And the double bed was actually a double bed, not two singles pushed together like in some hotels. it was an amazing stay and definitely a great value for the price.

Nice and friendly staff. Enjoyed the fruit and yogurt for breakfast
No air-conditioning in the summer, made me sweat until late at night. Limited number of sockets, had to share with others.
